Business breakdown
Enabled members are accounts, not sign-ins. Average S3 bytes include retained versions. Scroll the table on small screens.

Monthly portal AWS cost pools
Enter reconciled costs for the HBIT portal only. Exclude the marketing website, JustCallME and other workloads. Allocation is an estimate. Use invoice or Cost Explorer line items as your source and record that source below.
HBIT revenue by business
Record HBIT revenue earned for the selected month. Enter an explicit zero for a free demo. Keep your accounting basis consistent. This does not bill the business or change its price.
Saved report revisions
New reports preserve previous revisions. Select a saved revision to inspect its original inputs and estimates. The latest 120 revisions are shown.

Allocation policy · hbit-phase1-v1
- Fixed costs: equal shares among businesses active in the observed month or with jobs, storage or recorded HBIT revenue.
- Job-weighted costs: share of jobs created in the selected UTC month. This is a proxy for processing load.
- Storage-weighted costs: share of summed daily observed bytes, including all retained object versions and delete-marker key bytes under
jobs/. - Unknown S3 prefixes and pools without weights stay in HBIT unallocated costs. Whole cents reconcile using the largest remainder method.
- Contribution = recorded HBIT revenue − allocated costs. Company contribution also subtracts unallocated costs.
- Missing revenue or costs leaves the corresponding contribution unavailable. Exact zero is a valid explicit entry.
Daily samples start at installation. Historical storage and sign-ins cannot be recovered from current data. S3 storage-class minimums, overhead, API requests and retrieval fees are not measured per business. Review incomplete coverage before using an estimate. Existing v1.8 completion reporting follows a job’s current completed state; reopening it can change a subsequent revision.
Customer invoices are excluded. Customer-facing pricing, portal settings, uploads and email are independent of this internal tool.
